You may return any unworn, undamaged watch, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees). Any watch that fails
quality inspection from Customer Service (scratches, worn, damaged) will be
returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Watches with rubber straps that are sized (cut) are not returnable or exchangeable.
Rubber straps replacement can be ordered at an additional cost by calling
customer service at 800-283-7236. *We do not size rubber straps.
If a watch returned without all of its original components, the following charges
will be applied:
Missing Box: $5
Missing Warranty Card: $20
Missing Links: Steel - $12.50 per missing link
Ceramic - $37.50 per missing link
To return an item, please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip.
Note the reason for your return and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. Securely

Additional links are available for all watches with bracelets. When ordering a watch on this web site, use the "Wrist Size" menu to choose the appropriate bracelet length. If you receive a defective watch, the watch will be checked by our Quality Control Department, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement items.

For Standard FedEx Ground (5-10 Business days): Pricing is $10. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of credit card approval. If a band adjustment is needed please allow an additional 2-3 business days for
the watch to be serviced. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders placed
on an official holiday will be processed on following business day.
For Expedited(FedEx): Pricing $20.00. Orders must be placed weekdays before 2:00pm Eastern Standard
time (For watches not needing any adjustments) for guaranteed same day shipment. Orders received after
2:00pm Eastern Standard time will ship the following business day (If no adjustments are needed for the watch).
orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. Orders placed on official holiday will be processed
on following business day.
Now through Labor Day, Shipping for Overnight and 2nd day orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
- Signatures are required for the receipt of goods regardless of shipping preferences.
- If a "rider" has been signed with FedEx that waives the need for an adult signature. The Swatch Group (U.S.) is
not responsible for missing packages.
